In accordance with By-laws of the Chapter and the PASS Constitution, PASS is accepting nominations for President and Vice President of PASS Chapter LA1 (Louisiana). The nomination period will close on January 3, 2012. The positions are internal to PASS and are not representational positions.
PASS Members in good standing of Chapter LA1 may submit the aforementioned nominations to me via email, using their passmember.net email address or personal email account addressed to david.spero@passmember.net ; or may submit the nomination in writing via fax to 866 265 3962, or via U.S. Mail to:

After the nomination period is closed, The Chapter will conduct a secret ballot to determine the election. If only one nomination for each position is returnedthose individuals will be declared the winners unopposed and no ballot will take place. Write-in's are not an option on the ballot. Nominations must be accepted by the nominee. Self nominations fulfill this requrement.
I am using the web site to advertise this as an effort to expose as many members as possible to the nomination period. This notice should be posted on the PASS bulletin boards in the LA1 chapter.
