Call your Congressman

According to our legislative director, Abby Bernstein, H.R. 6355 was introduced yesterday that includes House-passed FAA reauthorization language on airline passenger bill of rights and language that would fix our collective bargaining process.

This legislation is expected to be brought up on the House floor in July 2008.  This is a chance for us to fix our dispute resolution issue!  Over the next few weeks, we need PASS members calling their legislators in the House of Representatives and urging them to support this bill.

After making your call to your member in the House of Representatives, please provide feedback by email to your national legislative committee member shown below with a cc to me at markjazz64@aol.com and we'll pass on the feedback to Abby and Kori Blalock.

Also, you should have seen an action center alert from PASS National on Friday June 27.  If didn't get that message, it's probably because you don't have your email being forwarded in the passmember.net email system.  If that's the case, I recommend that you call PASS National at 202-293-7277 to get your login information for your email address in the passmember.net email system and make sure you regularly look at your email there or set up your passmember.net email address to have your email forwarded to an email address that you regularly look at.
